Fundraising question

What would it cost to put this up on I-70?

I'll do it if someone gives me money.

I'm thinking the right place is just as you enter Douglas County from Kansas City, but maybe the Topeka side would be better. Or maybe along K-10, which is more of a commuter road. Is the target residents/commuters or travelers?

The other side of the coin: How long (in minutes) would it last before someone took a shotgun to it?
