Still Searching for a name

So far we've got a couple suggestions for a nickname for the disaster in the South.

Lake George? There's already one, and we had an Olympics there.

Galveston II? Maybe, but it didn't hit Galveston, making that pretty confusing.

So far, all I've got is Floodgate, maybe Brown-water. Those are both too cute by half.

The Drowning of New Orleans is too wordy.

I'm tempted by No Man's Land. In that Batman storyline, a 7.6 earthquake hit Gotham City, destroying the city. This on the heels of a disease outbreak and decades of supercrime leads the federal government to give a big FU to Gotham. They blow up the bridges, mine the river, and declare the city "No Man's Land," forbidding entry or egress.

Life imitates art. The Feds want to declare New Orleans to be in open rebellion and impose martial law.

"Galveston Bay" by Bruce Springsteen from the album The Ghost Of Tom Joad (1995, 5:07).
