Approval among African Americans

Bush is at 2%, though, as ThinkProgress notes:
To be fair, the margin of error on the poll is 3.4% percent. 3.4%. So Bush’s actual approval among African Americans could be anywhere from -1.4% to 5.4%.
This is not quite true, but you get the idea. The margin of error is only symmetrical at 50%, and it's also at its widest there. That makes the reported margin of error generally conservative. In this case, we can reject the hypothesis that there are fewer than zero African Americans who support Bush since about 16 said they did in this survey (of about 800 people).
