FOX 4 NEWS
The police force at the University of Kansas is shrinking! Its not because of budget cuts -- its because the officers are looking a bit smaller these days.
As part of a nine-month diet and fitness program, the officers in the Public Safety Office at KU have lost a grand total of 482-pounds! That averages out to about 53-pounds a piece.
Setting aside Fox's egregious abuse of exclamation points, I'd say this is good news. I find it deeply disturbing that the force averaged 53 pounds of excess weight.
