Sandefur on Dover

Tim Sandefur is an actual lawyer, and I guess he read the whole Dover ruling, summarizing it for the Panda's Thumb. I'm still looking through it, but I'll focus on what lessons we can learn about the changes in Kansas.

Suffice it to say, Judge Jones took a very thorough, "belt and suspenders" approach to the problem, evaluating both the endorsement test and the Lemon test, and looking at the specific policy in Dover as well as the broad acceptability of IDC in any science class, and he rejects pretty much everything the IDolators threw at him.
