Some exceptions apply

Frist says:
"Supreme Court justice nominees deserve an up-or-down vote, and it would be absolutely wrong to deny him that."
I think we can all see the logic in saying that he deserves an up-or-down vote. She, on the other hand, did not.

I think Sen. Frist's statement must have been truncated. He must have meant to say "Half of all Supreme Court justice nominees deserve an up-or-down vote."

When will the MSM learn to get their quotes right?
