Bush popularity up in Kansas

SurveyUSA does its thing. While popularity nationwide was basically flat (confirming the recent trend), in Kansas, approval is up. Actually, in the strictest sense, disapproval is down.

The major shift seems to have been in western Kansas. Among parties, there's no statistically meaningful shift. The major move was among self-identified moderates.

With this bump, Kansas gives Bush the 7th highest net approval (approval - disapproval) and tied for the 8th highest approval.
