It's well-known that Lindsey Graham helped prep Judge Alito for his hearings. This in itself raises interesting ethical questions. The fact that Alito's wife ran out dramatically while Senator Graham was speaking raises further questions, though I hate to politicize her moment of emotion as some conservatives have.

I am fascinated by this:
Graham's name does not appear on the disclosure list of those in attendance at Alito's murder boards.
I'm not clear on who provided the list in question, but I think it would be Judge Alito. Lying to Congress is still a crime, isn't it?
