Ernie Fletcher is the Kentucky governor who pardoned a bunch of people right when they were about to have to testify against him, then he advocated teaching ID in Kentucky schools, then he appointed two campaign contributors to hear his own appeal. Kentucky AG Stumbo wants justices appointed by Fletcher to step aside:
Kentucky Attorney General Greg Stumbo says two substitutes named to the state Supreme Court by Gov. Ernie Fletcher should disqualify themselves because they have contributed to Fletcher's political campaigns.

The justices were appointed to hear a case involving an investigation by Stumbo's office of hiring practices within Fletcher's administration.
Bluegrassblog is on the case. The idea that he thought no one would notice or care is astounding.
