Port deal is dead

The Jerusalem Post reports:
The parent company of a Dubai-based firm at the center of a political storm in the US over the purchase of American ports participates in the Arab boycott against Israel, The Jerusalem Post has learned.
While questions about the impact of the deal on national security could be glossed over, I doubt that Congress or the White House will let the deal go through if this is true. Support for Israel and opposition to this boycott are strong enough to scuttle this. Even if that weren't true, complying with the boycott is against American law.

Dubai would have to either abandon the boycott or give up this deal, and I bet I know what they'll choose.
