Senator popularity unchanged

SurveyUSA continues its monthly tracking of all 100 US Senator Approval Ratings. Sam Brownback has the 54th highest net approval, Pat Roberts has the 35th highest. Both are roughly unchanged since last month (no trend apparent, no statistically significant change).

Roberts has improved slightly, but only among Republicans. He held steady among Dems, Independents.

Brownback is literally unchanged among Republicans, increasingly unpopular among Dems, and fell 10% among Independents. Ten percent is huge!

If he can't hold Independent voters in Kansas, how does he plan to win any swing states in 2008? Hell, how will he win New Hampshire?
