Kline losing teen sex trial

Kline: Loss, then win in teen-sex case:
"We're going to lose in front of Judge Marten," he predicted. "We'll win in the 10th Circuit."
Then he'll lose in November, and Paul Morrison will focus the state's limited resources on actual crimes.

Kline explained, "We do not prosecute the truly consensual acts of children of a similar age."

But…

"When a 10-year-old goes (to an abortion clinic), that child's been raped."

If true, that means he won't prosecute some rapes. If it isn't true, then he's lying to the public. Neither seems terribly good.
