Lieutenant Governor soon
Governor Sebelius is to announce her candidate for Lieutenant Governor tomorrow at 9 am in the Regnier Hall Lobby at KU-Edwards. The two will then tour through Kansas. After the 9:00 announcement, they will appear at:
10:45 a.m. in Pittsburg: PSU Tech Center.
12:15 p.m. in Wichita: Raytheon Aircraft Services, Mid Continent Airport.
2:00 p.m. in Topeka: Wheat Room, Maner Conference Center.
Thursday:
10:00 a.m. in Dodge City: Historic Santa Fe Depot Lobby.
11:30 a.m. in Hays: Sternberg Museum.
12:45 p.m. in Salina: Salina Vortex, Airport.
Update: News is out that former Republican Chairman Mark Parkinson has changed his party registration as of noon today. Ouch. Parkinson brings the backing of major moderate Republicans from Johnson County, and his switch, like Paul Morrison's, will give a lot of GOP voters permission to split the ticket up and down the ballot.
