Not reasonable

A former NSA officer will be telling Senate staffers that the NSA has been spying on Americans far more extensively than previously known, possibly using satellites to keep track of citizens.

In unrelated news, Newt Gingrich, when asked about the warrantless wiretapping, told Fox News that:
I don’t think the way they’ve handled this can be defended by reasonable people
This sets up a battle between reasonable people and self-styled "patriot warriors."
